Lifty is Shifty's twin brother. They are both green raccoons. The only way to tell Lifty from Shifty is that he doesn't wear a hat. They are both kleptomaniacs. They both compete to see who gets to keep everything stolen, and often end up being the one who loses. he wants to be just like Shifty
