Rollo Flamme

Rollo is the president of the Noble Bell College School Council, as well as the keeper of the "Bell of Salvation." He first appears in the event story Glorious Masquerade: Let the Bell of Solace Ring.

Rollo is a tall young man with a pale complexion. His hair is gray with white streaks and is styled in the front with short, choppy bangs that follow longer sections that frame his face above his ears, leading to thin gray sideburns. His nose is vertically long and flat, and his eyebrows are dark gray, furrowed and S-shaped. He has a special love for the Flower City and knows its history and festivals well, and has extreme respect for the "Just Judge" and the "Bell of Salvation", but he does not like how the townspeople use it or even the little ones. spells. Rollo Flamme grew up in Fleur City with his younger brother. When they were children, Rollo's brother died in a fire caused by his own magic after it got out of control. His death led Rollo to hate the use of all magic and its users, and he began to obsess over ways to stop its spread.
