Ancient Ogre

Ogre's true past is unknown, with only rumors and legends providing any information about his existence and purpose. Legends say that Ogre was an ancient weapon of war left behind by aliens centuries ago. Later he was worshiped by the Aztecs as a Fighting God.

Many years later, Heihachi Mishima claimed control of the Mishima Zaibatsu, forming the Tekken Force, his own military group. One of the Tekken Force missions was to search for an ancient temple located somewhere in Mexico. Soon after they arrived there, Heihachi noticed that his entire force had been destroyed by the Fighting God, Ogre. Heihachi saw Ogre's power and attempted to capture him.

After Ogre's release, he attacked many world-renowned martial arts masters in all parts of the globe.

After Ogre's attack on Jun, Jin went to Heihachi as Jun had previously ordered him. Heihachi decided to train the boy to become a powerful fighter, but Heihachi's intentions were more sinister than Jin could have predicted, as his true plan was to make Jin powerful enough to bring Ogre to him.

Eventually, Heihachi announced the King of Iron Fist Tournament 3 as a way to openly attract Ogre. Ogre appeared as planned, but was defeated by Paul Phoenix. Ogre was not finished off however, and transformed into True Ogre, a more powerful transformation. Heihachi again attempted to capture Ogre, but his plan ultimately failed because when Jin defeated True Ogre, he escaped.

Although Ogre left, Heihachi devised a new plan to become the ultimate warrior using Ogre's genes that were collected after the fight with Jin. But Ogre's genome could only be integrated with the Devil Gene, which Heihachi does not possess. He knew that Jin and the resurrected Kazuya had it, so he announced the King of Iron Fist Tournament 4 to attract the two.
