Kazutora

Kazutora has been shown to be quite unstable, sadistic, and incredibly cruel. While he came out calm and polite when introducing himself to Takemichi's group, he soon introduced him to his "most trusted people" whose legs he broke, forcing them to walk on crutches with a smile on their face as if it was normal. When Bloody Halloween was about to begin, he was so annoyed by Draken's demands that he punched Hansen, the fight's referee, all the while declaring that they were going to beat Toswa to death, showing visible glee at the bloodshed that was soon to occur.

Kazutora is so deranged and out of touch with reality that he believes that if killing people makes a person bad, then killing his enemies makes him a hero, demonstrating extreme and twisted logic.
