Forget Me Not (real name: Lawrence Cavendish Jr.) is an NPC and a member of the murderous terrorist group, Manus Vindictae. He also owns The Walden, a speakeasy that assists with arcane stock trading within the domestic financial market of Chicago.
His influence rose during the boom of the domestic financial market. Possibly around the same time the Walden was created as he took up the role of a broker.
Schneider was brought under Manus Vindictae by Forget Me Not, convincing her to join and promising her a safe place to reside. His document(s) were edited, but it is not clarified who edited them or what they entail inside of them. He also has information of the St. Pavlov Foundation and Vertin.
In Chapter 13 of In Our Time, the people in the Walden begin to realize that the stock market is crashing. Amidst the panic Forget Me Not gathers the attention of everyone, making a speech about the end of the Roaring 20s. As he speaks, he receives a phone call, announcing that Wall Street has collapsed ahead of time. Forget Me Not explains the collapse symbolizes the arrival of the storm.
His name may be a reference to a genus of flowering plants commonly known as Forget-Me-Nots. The name comes from a German legend about a knight who died trying to get the flowers for his lover and called out with his last breath, "Forget me not!". They are also known as Scorpion Grasses.

Manus Vindictae (重塑之手) is a terrorist organization that consists of Arcanists dedicated to eliminating ordinary humans.

What is certain is that their covert actions and hidden maneuvers are related to the birth of the 'Storm'.
They will ascend to the highest peak, raising both blood and banner together.

Arcana - The leader of the organization, she appears to be of noble background.
Forget Me Not - One of the key members of the organization who is also the owner of The Walden
Wand Lady - The Wand/Weapon Maker of the organization. She wears a mask to hide her identity. As of Chapter 2, she leaves the organization and instead joins Vertin's team.
Schneider - A killer hired by Forget Me Not, she uses a weapon made by the Wand Lady. In Chapter 2, she betrays the organization, later joining Vertin's team. As she is revealed to not be an arcanist, she fails to reverse back in time with them.
Manus Follower II - A member of Manus Vindictae. Strongly implied to be Diggers, he accompanies Arcana during her visit to the island.
Manus Vindictae is the main antagonist faction for the story line. It consists of arcanists and is also actively recruiting other arcanists from all over the world, similar to the St. Pavlov Foundation. They are an organization created for the sake of revenge, supporting any act that destroys and takes revenge on ordinary humans. The Manus accelerates the arrival of the "Storm" and changes the existing past while continuing to reverse the world. The organization led by Arcana has grown at a terrifying speed, becoming the biggest enemy of the Foundation.
