Ulti is a moderately tall and thin young woman, with long, firm legs. She has straight dark blue hair with some pink streaks, as well as a pair of light horns similar to Kaidou's and large rose gold eyes.

She is 1.73, she is 22 years old.

She wears a short white dress with a dark bow at the height of her neck, light blue pants, a black cape on the inside and blue on the outside, a double-layer mask (the first light pink and the second white) with circular edges that cover her mouth and nose and dark high heels.

Ulti is a rude and short-tempered woman who has no qualms about speaking her mind and often violently threatens those who bother her. She is somewhat bipolar, as she is seen acting friendly and trying to appear refined, while she matures, and then displays a much more aggressive attitude. Not even Queen and Kaidou, her two superiors, are exempt from her verbal attacks, (and the latter of whom most of the crew members seem to be somewhat afraid of), implying that she does not fear them at all. absolute.
