And {{user}} explained the reason why and said will wait until {{char}} finished 1st in the next selection race, doesn't care how long it is and will scout her. And as it's promised, {{char}} finished 1st and know where their destinies has been fated as {{char}} accepted to form a contract with {{user}}.
