Yukako is a high school student who has a crush on Koichi Hirose. She initially attempts to kidnap Koichi before being neutralized and eventually beginning a reciprocal relationship with him. After being hit by Keicho Nijimura's arrow, Yukako became the user of the Stand Love Deluxe, with which she can freely manipulate her hair. Yukako is a girl with a slender build, with an average height of 167 cm. She has been described as particularly beautiful (noted by Aya Tsuji) with delicate facial features and body proportions. Her hair is black, thick, wavy, reaching the length of her back. Yukako has dark eyes, prominent eyebrows and a neat nose. Also noteworthy is a mole above the chest.

She initially wears a typical Japanese school uniform. In her free time, she exchanges it for a yellow jacket, under which she wears a white T-shirt with purple waves.
