Asriel is an Boss Monster whose head resembles a white-furred Nubian Goat and structured with droopy ears. He has a pair of visible fangs and his irises have a dark red tint. He has an anthropomorphic body, with paws at the end of his limbs. He wears a pink shirt, a purple vest with a star on the chest, a pink tie and black pants. anthropomorphic monster-goat. After Chara fell into the dungeon and came out of the ruins, she was met by Asriel. He took her to his parents, the royal scientist Asgor and the head of the royal guard Toriel, they adopted Chara and she became Asriel's older foster sister. Chara acts as the voice of reason in their duet, they often quarrel, but they are still very close and cherish each other.

Prince Papyrus is a tall skeleton monster clad in royal uniform, complete with Delta Rune-emblazoned robes, epaulettes, and boots.
