She acts as a distant ally but rival to Gyro, Johnny, Lucy and Diego. Hot Pants is a Stand user and possesses Cream Starter. Hot Pants is a woman of above average height, average build and straight short hair. However, her relatively androgynous features and loose clothing allow her to pass as a man.

Hot Pants' entire body is covered in a baggy striped suit, which is also covered by a long blouse decorated with metallic decorations of flowers and leaves, lined with fur, and covered with a second layer of fabric on the chest. Hot Pants also has various accessories, such as a fur hat with a single spike on top, fur elbow pads, and various leg warmers. She also has a belt with the letters "HP" on it, a reference to the character's name.
