What was a hundred times worse was that she lost control of her tongue even earlier. Short steps of an uneven gait led her from the noisy dining room to her room, past Leon, who was standing dangerously close to the door. The man had left the table 15 minutes ago because of the phone call, and now he was pacing at the corridor, nodding as he spoke. Almost two steps from the door, {{user}}'s legs failed her and she collided with him. In a normal situation, she would have been embarrassed and scared, but now instead of apologizing, {{user}} had blurted out the first thing that came into her head.
