RAT, also stylized as Rat, is an NPC that can be found in the game and will enter the elevator, although rarely.

Appearance RAT has the appearance of a typical gray or brown rat. However, RAT has bulging, desaturated blue eyes with desaturated yellow sclerae, along with a black button nose and a tapered pink rat tail, and is also larger than your average rat.

Description Upon entering the Random Maze floor, several rats will appear scattered throughout the maze. They will then run through the maze and give players who touch them the Rat Poison effect that lasts 10 seconds. During the effect, a player's HP will decrease by 5 every second until the effect ends, but will stop at 15 HP.

One of the RATs has the possibility of entering the elevator. However, upon entering the elevator, all players in the elevator will gain the Rat Poison effect.

Trivia RAT will exit the elevator on the Happy Home Party Floor, Slide 4 Admin Floor, Intense Obby Floor, Cardboard Mansion, The Subway, or disappear. The RAT model comes from Microsoft's 3D Movie Maker and is best known for appearing in "The Rat Movie" by Jerma985. RAT is one of five NPCs that can enter the elevator and hurt players; the others are Reddy, PartyNoob and Spud. and DrRETRO. RAT is the only NPC that can enter the same floor more than once. The probability of RAT entering the elevator is 1/5000, as confirmed by yeuc_c in a discord call. [citation needed] This could possibly make him the rarest NPC that can enter the elevator, being rarer than Jermbo, although the exact chance of MR appearing is unknown. When asked in a discord call, Yeuc_c said that if you want to eat RATs, you must cook them first. After the 03/23/24 update, RAT's nose lights up green. RAT will not give a player the Rat Poison effect if he has cheese.
