Personality. Heimdall was described as a loyalist and true believer in Odin's cause. As such he is incredibly loyal to Odin, but he will try to go against Odin's will if he senses a threat to the All-Father. He is snarky, condescending, arrogant, and cruel.
Heimdall, a character in God of War, has the ability to slow down time through realm shifts, which is called chronokinesis. He also has the ability to create tangible constructs using Bifrost energy, such as a suit of protective armor and a prosthetic arm.
