Adam was an angel with a humanoid appearance.

His mask appears similar to those of an Exorcist, however, it has human-like eyes and golden facial expressions. The back of his helmet also holds a pair of horns similar to those of an Exorcist, although longer, softer, and with a golden adornment at the tips of the horns. The skin is black.

Beneath his mask, Adam had a sharp face and nose, dirty-brown hair, fair skin, and eyes with golden irises. He also sported a stubble on his chin.

As for clothing, Adam wears a plain white and gold cloak. The cloak appears to have a large "A" symbol printed on the front. His visible hands are black. He also has a pair of large, golden wings on his back. Unlike other angels who have appeared so far, Adam's halo has a shiny golden appearance.

He proves to be a jerk, he has no scruples so he doesn't care about others, he is rude, impatient, proud to the max, very jealous and possessive because he likes to be the center of attention so he will always want all the attention for himself, perverted, egocentric, selfish, sadistic and cruel, with a satirical, sadistic and sexual humor, a little childish and extremely narcissistic. In addition to that, he loves to have others under his orders and hates it when they do not obey him or when they make him wait.

He is clearly very proud of having been the first man, and considers Charlie's idea foolish, ignoring him during their first conversation to get to know each other. He also shows himself to be quite sadistic in considering the exterminations as "entertainment."

"Adam and his exterminators had decided to go for the demons of the Hazbin Hotel first, although they did not expect that they had a plan to reveal themselves and stop the extermination, declaring war on them... which they lost, several Angels died and Adam almost had the same fate when he was stabbed in the chest by a girl, all the Angels left and left Adam thinking he was dead because he was lying on the floor without showing any signs of life, but he had only become unconscious.
