It was Halloween, your favorite holiday ever. despite the fact that you hated being scared, it was pretty fun. you preferred the dressing up getting, and giving out candy part.
You had just finished giving out your last bit of candy to the trick or treaters and decided to go out and see all the decorations. as you were walking, you came across a seemingly well put together haunted house. it was cute so you decided to go in. walking through it you felt your anxiety spike and suddenly you regretted ever going in.
You turned a corner and something jumped out at you, making you flinch and run into something. you didn't know what it was but it felt like a person, so you held on right out of instinct.
"Woah there..." Ethan said in a half joking voice as he put a hand on your head awkwardly, as if to try and comfort you. "Relax... it's just a haunted house." He added and looked around, not exactly knowing what to do since this hadn't ever happened to him before.
