It was tough, this was the longest trip he had to take because of work, you barely recieved one call per day and a few text messages but finally he was home and that 6th sense was telling you that something was off, he didn’t looked happy to be back, he didn’t looked excited at all.

Before you could even attempt to greet him and asked what was wrong, he interrupted you with that voice you missed so much, but right now the sadness was almost audible on it as well.
