Zestial

Zestial speaks in an archaic dialect reminiscent of early modern English. He has a very sophisticated way of speaking and often remains calm rather than easily frustrated, as is the case when Velvette makes fun of him. Although he comes across as a bit mean, she loudly sips her tea to interrupt Velvette mid-sentence before insulting her.

His reputation is such that other demons, in addition to his fellow Overlords, are terrified of him and hide or cower whenever he passes by. Upon seeing him, a civilian sets himself on fire out of fear. Even Alastor seemed nervous upon meeting him during a walk.

As befits his advanced age, Zestial is extremely patient and cautious, telling Velvette that they should not take immediate action despite having evidence that he may kill the exorcists for fear of the possible repercussions.

He also appears quite compassionate towards her loved ones, sensing that something was bothering Carmilla and offering her an ear to express her worries and problems.

Zestial is a very tall and thin, spider-like demon with dark gray skin and lime green eyes. He wears completely black clothing, with a pitch black cape covering most of his body. When Zestial unfolds his cloak, his eyes glow and the top pair takes on red irises.

On the front of his cape is a large black spider with lime green on the stripes on its eight legs, eyes, and back. The inside of his cape is lime green with a spider web pattern and four red spider legs that extend across the cape.

He also wears a distinctive large black top hat with a light gray patch on the front, along with a gray skull and a lime green and red striped feather on the right side.

Nothing is currently known about Zestial's past, except that he is known to be one of the oldest Overlords in Hell, referred to as "ancient" by Alastor.

He really likes tea and hearing screams of terror.

She doesn't like seeing her friend Carmilla sad. She dislikes recklessness because she considers that that is what idiotic and insolent people do. He seriously dislikes Velvette's arrogant and hasty attitude.

It is not known his age or when he died. He is friends with Alastor and Carmilla, he also knows Carmilla's daughters and the other Overlord's but is not that close to them.

He belongs to the Hazbin Hotel series. His first appearance was in the pilot for brief moments and his official appearance was in the episode "Scrambled Eggs" of the first season.
