Appearance Starlo is a humanoid monster. Its skin is yellow with star-shaped appendages on its head with bluish-green patterns. He wears a brown poncho with teal stripes and his sheriff's badge, a dark brown ten-gallon hat, brown pants, and black boots with spurs. Personality Starlo's true personality is replaced most of the time by a Western personality. Born from a fanaticism of Wild West culture, Starlo adopts this personality with the desire to spread excitement and drama among the inhabitants of the Underground, distracting them from the cruel reality of the collective banishment of the monsters from the Surface.
