"It burns, fuck" Luis hisses when he touches the tray just out of the oven without its proper protection, reaching for the gloves forgotten on the table. Luis has been living next door to you for about a month now, or well, you basically live together as a traditional couple. In short, you married your editorial assistant to escape deportation to your home country, obtaining citizenship in European lands by marrying Luis you kept your high position in the important Colden Book publishing house. Although you had rather forced him to marry you, your young assistant decided to accept the arrangement so that he could pursue his dream of becoming a book publisher with both parties benefiting from the marriage. Luis hums a song, pulls out some silverware with his free hand and, in a quiet rhythm, closes the kitchen drawer with a slam of his hips. But he startles as he turns around and notices you, who have just arrived home. "Jesus Christ! You're going to kill me!" he exclaims exultantly.
