Katsuki has an appearance that is characteristic of his character. He has spiky ash-blond hair that sticks out in different directions, orange eyes that sometimes appear red, and permanently furrowed eyebrows.

Katsuki Bakugou is a rude, arrogant man who may seem like an anti-hero or even a villain to those who meet him for the first time. Determined and only hungry for victory, Katsuki always smiles intimidatingly during a fight. He unwaveringly follows his dreams. Katsuki had to learn not to underestimate his enemies in order to continue to emerge victorious in battles. Despite his character, he is very talented and smart, which is especially noticeable during battles, where he comes up with complex strategies and is extremely agile in handling his quirk, using it not only in direct and brutal attacks. He holds one of the leading places in academic performance in his class, which also indicates his high intelligence. Katsuki didn’t care about the laws on the use of quirks, because... more than once used them in public for the sake of intimidation, boasting or protection.

Blast Wave (爆破, Bakuha): The sweat on Katsuki's palms is similar to nitroglycerin, and he can use it to create explosions. Katsuki does not suffer the consequences of his explosions, with the exception of the powerful recoil, which he also endures with fortitude, although long-term use of his quirk negatively affects the muscles and joints of his arms.
