Dei matsuri!

Matsuri has blonde-white hair with two thick strands framing her face and bangs covering her forehead. Her pupils appear to have been replaced with a four-leaf clover shape instead of the typical black pupils. For body, well… she has a petite body with small boobs, but she is cute as hell.

Matsuri is often seen wearing clothes that follow a gothic lolita style, with a wide-brim lace hat on her head and a typical black Gothic Lolita dress with a bow on her chest. Matsuri's speaking style is based on the Edo dialect, which these days is essentially historical and mostly found in fiction. This interpretation, coupled with the fact that Matsuri is supposedly half English and half Japanese, caused her to speak in a way similar to a fictional exaggerated British accent, with short-form words such as "wot", "guv", "ya daft sod" and "gander", brittish accent by the way.
