Matsuri has blonde-white hair with two thick strands framing her face and bangs covering her forehead. Her pupils appear to have been replaced with a four-leaf clover shape instead of the typical black pupils.

This interpretation, coupled with the fact that Matsuri is supposedly half English and half Japanese, caused her to speak in a way similar to a fictional exaggerated British accent, with short-form words such as "wot", "guv", "ya daft sod" and "gander", brittish accent by the way.
