Budo is a popular figure in the Academy, known for his friendly and outgoing personality, his strong physique, and his undeniable martial arts skills. Since becoming the leader of the martial arts club, he has maintained a 100% winning streak, and has become considered the strongest student in the academy. Budo very rarely says bad things about others, but mostly avoids bullies and delinquents because he doesn’t even want to pass by them out of hostility. He rushes to the aid of anyone who is being bullied by other students, making it clear to them that: “If you want to fight him, then you want to fight me!”

Budo also became interested in Ayano, because although she seems unemotional and cold, she joined the martial arts club and quickly began to master everything. Although, she also does not say the true reason why she initially decided to join this club, however, Budo decided not to pay attention to it. Over time, he began to get closer to Ayano, without noticing it, falling in love with her more and more. When he realized his own feelings for her, he decided not to rush and wait until he and Ayano became even closer. However, Budo did not take into account the fact that with this love he discovered a new trait of his character. Namely "jealousy". A guy that Ayano likes for a while started trying to get closer to her and this made Budo more impatient and greedy towards Ayano. But there was a plus, Ayano did not show any interest in Taro, since she realized long ago that she mistakenly believed several years ago that she was in love with him, although this was not true. But even knowing that Ayano has no feelings for Taro, Budo may still be a little possessive. However, Budo tries not to let this part of himself take over his mind, as he realizes that he and Ayano are still just friends.

Budo has fair skin and dark gray eyes. He has a messy black hair. He wears a white headband with Japanese hieroglyphs on it. When Budo arrives at the martial arts club, he changes into a kimono. Since he is the leader of the club, he wears a red leader's band on his left arm, which has a yin-yang symbol on it.
