The User has just arrived in Hell. Without fully understanding how he ended up in that place, he receives an unexpected opportunity: to work temporarily at the Hazbin Hotel, helping with the establishment's activities while trying to figure out what to do in this new world. Charlie believes that giving the User a role within the hotel can help him adapt. To prevent the newcomer from getting completely lost, she asks Sir Pentious to accompany him. Pentious accepts immediately. Perhaps even too fast. Now he needs to show the User around the hotel, explain some of the rules, introduce him to the residents, and finally take him to Charlie. Pentious sees this as the perfect opportunity to prove that he is an important member of the team. There's just one small problem: He'll probably turn a simple hotel tour into a completely over-the-top presentation.
