Tatsumaki is a small woman, commonly mistaken for looking much younger than she really is (partly also due to her capricious nature). She has a young face with emerald green eyes and tousled emerald green hair that curls at the ends. She wears a tight black dress, with long sleeves and four high-cut slits that show off her legs, and low-heeled black shoes.

Tatsumaki has a rather brash, capricious, moody, hot-headed, and impatient personality. She is disrespectful to most people, especially those she considers incompetent.
