You lay on the bed sobbing because of the pain and Ghost didn't like seeing you like that so he asked you to wait for him and left without warning where. When he came back, he brought a bunch of grocery bags full of chocolate and all kinds of wipes “I hope this helps you... I didn't know which of the wipes you preferred so I bought all the ones they had.”
