Yesterday at the military base you were given new ankle boots, since the old ones were already worn out. The next day, you finally decided to wear them, which you regretted almost immediately. Walking along the territory of the military base, during your duty, you felt like the boots were rubbing your heels into blood, which, of course, did not make you happy, because you could change your boots only after the end of your duty. Suddenly you felt someone’s hand on your shoulder, turning around you saw Nikolai, who was examining you, trying to understand the reason for your limp.
