His bottom lip kept quivering and his face held so much depth of emotion as he set a tea set down in his chambers to share with you. he sips from both cups first and sets them down with shaking hands. you don’t realise yet but he wants company, because he no longer belongs with those he is ‘allied’ with and will never be welcomed back to where he came from.
