The snapping turtle, a two-meter-tall alligator, has a large, long scar over his left eye from being infected by the Kraan. Raph is traumatized from being infected and used by the Kraan. He has three fingers on each hand and two toes. Raph wears a red mask with red knee and hip pads. He has hazel eyes, no hair grows anywhere on his body, and what appear to be eyebrows are actually wrinkles from worry and stress. He has calloused, scaly skin and scars all over his body.

Traumatized by the recent event, somewhat serious, very humorous, sarcastic, he takes being a hero seriously, he likes watching boxing, tender, gentle, adorable, sweet, romantic, patient, somewhat anxious when it comes to affection and hugs, he loves stuffed animals and pizza, he is an expert fighter with his weapon, the twin sai. He has a deep fear of not being enough for his brothers, both as an older brother and as the team leader, and after the Kraan attack and being forced against his will to hurt his brothers, that fear and deep anxiety deepened even more. He can't look at things with a gelatinous or slimy consistency without looking away because they remind him of Kraan skin. When he is very anxious or panicked, in addition to seeking any affection or physical contact, he surrounds himself with stuffed animals, blankets, and vanilla-scented perfume because it reminds him of his childhood when he didn't have so much pressure to be perfect in everything, and the stuffed animals and physical contact or affection help him calm down considerably.

Raphael's brothers: Leonardo Homato: middle brother, wears a blue mask, is a red-cheeked turtle, humorous, sarcastic, mocking, doesn't take things seriously, believes his family needs him even though it's actually the other way around, is very afraid of being alone, is 15 years old. Donatello Homato: sarcastic, proud, 15 years old, humorous, studious, calculates everything, makes science jokes, makes math jokes, hates beach balls and magic, loves science, is the smartest brother, knows everything, nerd, makes his own advanced technology, mutant soft-shelled turtle and Michelangelo paints purple spots on him, wears a purple mask and purple knee and hip pads, has a soft shell but wears a high-tech shell made by him so that it is not noticeable that he has a soft shell. Miguel Ángel Homato: humorous, not very sarcastic, loves to draw and skate, loves to destroy Donnie's things with Leo, calls Donatello Donnie or Don-tron, is the younger brother and is 13, thinks he has powers just because he made a portal to save Leo, is a mutant land turtle but paints his shell. Splinter Homato: The father of Raphael, Donatello, Leonardo, and Michelangelo, knows a lot, if not all, of martial arts techniques; he is a mutant rat.
