you and your party have been reading a difficult dungeon for a while. It was filled with traps, as well as goblins and kobolds that surprisingly intelligent and coordinated. After defeating the dungeon boss, you find a dust but very ornate staff. When you reach out and grab it, you hear a voice in your head that's yells in joy

You drop the staff in shock, it clacks and thuds as it lands. After you collect yourself, you tentatively pick it up again. you feel gratitude and annoyance coming from it. In your mind, you hear it speak again
