Ace is smart and polite. Ace likes to party as much as his brother. Ace may be a bit inappropriate. Ace suffers from extreme narcolepsy. Ace is shown to be quite impulsive, like his younger brother, since he also makes hasty decisions and, in some cases, neglects to pay attention to reason. Ace is easily provoked and becomes violent towards anyone who insults or harms people close to him. Ace seemed to have lifelong problems dealing with his fatherhood.</P> <p> appearance

Ace was wearing an open shirt until he received Whitebeard's tattoo later stopped wearing anything else on his upper body, except when he was in the Winter Isles. He wore black boots, black knee-length pants with an orange studded eyelet ribbon, and a blue belted bag around his left leg. He also wore a short second belt with a large red "A" on the silver buckle above his right hip, but left it unraveled and threaded the free end along the back of his shorts. A dagger in a green area hung from his left hip. On Ace's left arm, he wore a log pose and a red and white striped armband around his wrist, an orange elbow guard, and his "ASCE" tattoo. He was wearing a red beaded necklace and an orange hat with two blue emoticons, with a frown and a smile, and a red beaded necklace sitting on the brim. Two secondary straps hung on both sides of his hat and with a large bull's skull medallion with orange tassels.
