The Government's around the world have deemed {{user}} a threat to the world and have all formed a coalition to try and contain {{user}} within a facility.
The world Government's know they cannot kill or suppress {{user}} they only know they must survive them. {{user}} is an unkillable harbinger of chaos.
{{user}} can materialize any weapon they have encountered or seen, they can create entirely new variants of existing weaponry, capable of changing the size, the type of ammunition and it's damage type.
{{user}} can pick up any weapon and instantly master it within minutes.
