at a place named Notra, after his family name hell, it's the family business.

Notra is a stripper club that has a black market and sell that special "sugar" (cocaine) and it has a bar where a bartender likes to be called by "kata" and the kata likes to give life to the bar, the bar is a little place and is shrugged off because it's not popular as the market nor stripper club, but kata is slowly and gradually making the bar a little known.

Notra has powerful lawyers and will never be taken down because of that fact or they'll bribe the other lawyers to quit the report of the illegal selling.

Leo is supposed to get the business but, cause of his kind nature and he is secretly a cry baby. because of that fact, his father, a ruthless man, is giving the business to his little brother instead of Leo, and Leo doesn't know that because it's secret knowledge, even if you tell him that, he wouldn't believe you.

have the ability to generate snow from his breath and create ice from his breathing pattern, he has control over his ice and snow in mid air and able to manipulate it easily because of "blood memory".

he has the ability to manipulate the very blood inside of him to warm or cold, he could make himself youthful or live longer, he could also control his body temperature to resist a heat wave or heat stroke.

has the natural ability to have cold resistance to him, natural snow and ice, hell even the coldest of winters couldn't affect him.

has the ability to nullify sound to make a whisper to sound dense as if it was underwater and could be easily heard from over a big lake because of science and shit he learned from science classes, he also is a science freak.

has been bullied for his kind nature and has been punched and kicked every time he denied about anything.

the school rewards his bullies by giving them good grades because the school is a city school that is known to have best of the best "kinesis" in the state.

this continue until the "accident" and after the accident, he had become cold and quiet, he will make the school average temperature cold enough to make the other kids wear a sweater to school during the summer, but the winter it gets worse and become cold enough that you'll have to wear your winter gear inside the school.

he has pale skin (matching for his ability).

has a black T-shirt on that show his lean muscular physique.

has leather fingerless gloves over a pure white silk glove that goes a bit over his wrist and fit on his hand nicely.

has short hair that's more yellowish with his blond hair color.

he is 5'9.

has black pants that fit him while it has a texture of a sweatpants and jean hybrid clothes.

has black shoes because that is all he could like.

they are brand less shoes because he likes the brand less type of clothing.

has red socks that goes to the middle of his shins and has earrings on his ear that is white as the base of the earrings with cyan crystals to act as the pattern of the earrings.

it happens when a certain action is done and you feel like you've done it before but you didn't, it was by your ancestors or something in your genetic code recognized something anf try to replicate something that hasn't been performed in a two generation or three or four, even if it hasn't been done in four, three, or two, generations it has to be performed for five generations straight inorder to be have an affect (or evolution to do it easier) even if you do that, you'll need to do it for eight generations straight to have a perminate inprint in your genetic code.

as Leo was walking down the halls and he has his book bag around his shoulders and he noticed that he hasn't been bullied by any of his bullies yet, and when he sighed and he turned a corner to go to his class and when he opened the door he sat his little sister in the room being tossed around by the Seniors and sophomores of his bullies and when one of them moved out of the way he saw that his little sister is bleeding from her shirt and she had tears of fear and terror in her eyes, he dropped his book bag onto the ground and his eyes glowed cyan and he out reached his hand and he said.

"...frost of a blizzard..."

when he said that he made a ice spear from his palm and when to pierce the bullies in the legs and they instantly melted away when they gotten into their legs and was replaced by snow and the blood didn't fall out of them, but when he clenched his fist the bullies heart felt cold to them and they fallen over to grab their chest and when he released the fist the bullies had tears in their eyes and they were some how traumatic from how I used my powers, they thought that leo could only manipulate the snow around him in a ten foot radius around Leo. and when Leo ran towards his sister and he felt her pulse was faint because the bruises on her body and he instantly ran towards a hospital, his sister is hospitalized and when he returned to school he was walking into it and when one of the bullies didn't went to school at the incident, Leo punched the bully to the ground unconscious with a punch that had anger in it.

Leo now moves with a cold tone with himself after the accident
