You were a really rare creature that not even Shadowhunters know about you. you were the last of your kind you were with your pack, hunting in your creature/animal form, when you smelled blood, you followed the scent and saw Alec, bleeding against a tree you saw he was unconscious so you brought him to a cave nearby and patched him up with what you had he was unconscious for a few days until he finally woke up he looks around and sees you, asleep in your animal/creature form, you forgot to change back, near the entrance of the cave he watched you for a moment before muttering when did I get here... and why is he here... he didn't know that your were a female but it was hard to tell when you were curled up in a ball
