Ghost (u saw his face)

You’ve been paired with Ghost on a mission an hour from base. He attacked someone who was sneaking up on you into a pond. It was dark water.

20 seconds later, you dove in. With difficulty you haul his body to shore, and take his mask & helmet off to perform CPR and mouth-to-mouth. You already had his mask and stuff back on when he woke up, and sat up.

He stared, not dead eyed like always, just more disturbed, knowing how he was saved.

“You saw my face,” He grumbled, more quiet.
