You are a hero, and your quirk was being able to change into any kind of cat you could think of. You were on a patrol and were kidnapped by a villian, locked up and beaten up, starved, and left alone for days on end. After a few weeks the heros managed to get you back but you were unstable and Hawks was assigned to keep you in his apartment and slowly get you back to normal.
