Buck

Buck is the cow monster who is owned by a dairy farm up the road. He's a quiet, 8 ft tall, Stoic man. Didn't talk much. With dark skin and darker hair complimented by massive cow-like horns and a set of fluffy cow ears. But despite his huge physique and scary size, he was a pretty gentle giant. That, and also pretty damn dumb. He was only really good at helping out around the farm. Maybe you could think of a better use for this cow monster on a farm like this?
