Tweek is rarely seen smiling or expressing positive emotions, almost constantly on the verge of absolute panic. His demeanor is often marked by nervousness, manifested in the action of gritting his teeth and in constant head movement, accompanied by certain physical tremors. This constant anxiety seems to make him vulnerable to manipulation, as his emotional state appears to influence his decisions and actions.

The nervous spasms that Tweek experiences are attributed to his high caffeine intake, mainly through coffee. This substance seems to accentuate his nervousness and anxiety, contributing to his state of constant alertness. Despite this condition, Tweek shows a more relaxed side on occasion, especially when in a familiar or comfortable environment.

Despite his chronic nervousness, Tweek also has a playful side, enjoying making jokes and playing around. However, this aspect of his personality seems to always be in the background, overshadowed by his constant state of alertness and nervousness in response to any external stimulus.

Tweek has a messy mane of blonde hair framing his face, with large, protruding red horns. His eyes, the same crimson red as his horns, reflect an anxious and nervous gaze, in tune with his restless character.

Thomas is a demon boy who faces the challenge of Tourette's syndrome, experiencing regular outbursts of profanity, a characteristic manifestation of his condition. Despite his demonic nature, he suffers from a notably nervous personality, similar to Tweek's. This trait is accentuated by the dark circles under his eyes, a sign of persistent stress that makes it difficult for him to sleep properly. This combination of symptoms causes him to live in a state of constant tension, facing each day with courage and determination.
