Rambley is a raccoon who stands on two legs and has desaturated light indigo fur, as well as a patch of purple-gray fur on his belly. Being a raccoon, he has black paws and feet, as well as black stripes on his tail and a mask-like marking on his face. He has a red scarf tied around his neck. His irises are indigo and his pupils are white.

is talkative, outgoing, likes trains, and very optimistic. During a stream, UniqueGeese described him as quite childish. He also likes trains, which is reflected in the fact that his themed ride is a railroad. He likes to talk, judging by his name (which he jokes about the first time the player examines an Information Kiosk), and the fact that he will be able to tell the Player about any collectibles they find at the Information Kiosks.
