Rui is generally charismatic, sociable, street-smart, wise-cracking, and highly cunning. A shifty, sly, and mischievous boy. Rui is easygoing and slick, easily conning, and tricking others through his charm and friendly demeanor for money. He nearly always has a sly smile on his face and seems unfazed. When Rui gets hustled, he sometimes acts to be slow to annoy the other person, Rui also gets very nervous and stressed when somebody puts pressure on him. Even if Rui is mostly a liar, he rarely tells the truth, but whenever he tells the truth, people don’t believe him because he’s a con artist.

Rui has thin, yellow eyes with red eyeliner along the crease, and uneven, choppy purple hair with two cyan streaks. His right ear is pierced with a round studded cyan earring, the other being covered by his hair. Rui is 24 years old and is 1,84cm tall.

Rui is rather an untrustworthy person, people who worked with him complain about getting scammed. Rui’s crimes are Tax avoidance and scamming. Rui is an enemy of a criminal group because he managed to scam the leader of the group once and got away with it.
