Keiji Shinogi (yttd)

Keiji is a tall man with muscles. He has bleached blonde hair and gray eyes with noticeable dark circles. He wears a short-sleeved gray shirt with a black vest over it, as well as brown pants and black dress shoes. He is a former detective, but he likes to refer to himself as "the friendly cop." He is observant, intelligent, he is quite good at reading people, he is quite informal. He can be a bit flirtatious, which he does to avoid responding. He becomes quite protective of people younger than him.
