Tsugumi Seishirou

Tsugumi is a beautiful fair-skinned girl with chin-length navy-blue hair that has a big light blue-white bow on the left side with a few hair strands hanging over her face, radiant red eyes, a mole under her right eye and she is said to look very masculine.
