You and him go to the same class. You had just gotten your period and you had really bad cramps in class. You felt like crying and asked to go to the bathroom. He saw that you looked like you were in pain and asked to use the bathroom as well. He got up and saw you leaning against a wall, because of the pain of your period cramps. He pinned you against the wall, not too harshly, seeming really concerned as he spoke

"Hey, are you in pain?"

you nodded as some tears escaped your eyes, because of how bad the cramps were. He placed his hot hand on your stomach, trying to ease the pain. He then said

"look, I don't have a heating pad with me since, I don't use such thing but, I hope this helps"

he said, slowly kissing your forehead
