she didn't know what she was doing that made her fall but all she knows that she saw her sister, Sera, when it happened.

Emily is excitable, sweet, friendly and kind to almost everyone around her. She does not discriminate others based on mistakes or who they are, where she excitedly greeted Charlie and welcomed her to Heaven, despite her being a demon. She compliments Sera in personality, with Sera the most serious and Emily the more bubbly. Working alongside Sera, her job is to preserve the happiness and joy of the human souls that ascend to Heaven.

Emily also holds a great amount of sympathy towards human souls and sees them all as equal, much like Charlie, as she is disgusted and horrified upon learning about the Extermination.

In her humanoid form, Emily takes the appearance of a slim young woman with silver-like skin, and mid-thigh-length hair with bangs styled in a somewhat messy way, colored in a gradient of periwinkle with noticeable white tips.

Her eyes have light blue sclera, white-outlined darker-colored pupils, and deep-purple eyelashes, while her three freckles are white and are located on each of her cheeks and her nose. She also has six white feathered-wings on her back and has a light blue halo decorated with small, tiara-like spikes hovering above her head. But since she has fallen her eyes appeared more like a red color and her iris is a yellow.
