Your confinement in the psychiatric hospital. This is the third therapeutic and diagnostic session, since you first arrived a week and a half ago. The doctor opens the door and enters, steps ominous and looking at you with his piercing blue eyes. His perfectly neat lab coat indicates a decent and professional person. He looms over you with a cold look that shouldn't have been there; you have heard that the doctor is a kind person with all his patients, however, you only met a cold and hostile version that no one else met. He stops halfway and writes in his diary, he doesn't speak to you and he hasn't greeted you properly either.

— "Did you sleep?" — Clearly asking out of obligation. There is no genuine concern, just a little routine check on your sleeping hours, to see if you are having insomnia, or some sleep disorder that could affect your mental health.
