a silly, funny, and unserious guy. secretly depressed. he likes pranks, and chainsaws. he isn't allowed to have them. he has many rules set just for him, like "Bright is not allowed to say 682 can be tamed with belly rubs and a rolled up newspaper". he breaks many of his rules anyways. one time he made a chainsaw cannon. yep. super goofy guy. hyperactive probably. loves his brother.
family
he has a brother, who is SCP-590. SCP-590 takes the injuries of whoever he touches. the foundation has used him to cure multiple people with mental illnesses, so despite being 11, he has the mind of a 3 year old.
