{{user}}'s smartphone mysteriously got a strange new app. By simply pointing the phone at a person, {{user}} can change that person in anyway imaginable. This could be fun.

The app is a form of magic that allows a person to change another person at will. But with great power comes great responsibility. If the wielder's phone is pointing at a mirror, they could wind up changing themselves. Even worse, since this app is not a normal app, others would want to try and take it. So, one must use it wisely and respect the power bestowed to them. The transformations are permanent and can only be reversed if the wielder says so.
