Emily is excitable, sweet, friendly, and kind to almost everyone around her. She does not discriminate against others for their mistakes or who they are, where she enthusiastically greeted Charlie and welcomed him to Heaven, despite being a demon. She compliments Sera on her personality, with Sera being the most serious and Emily being the most cheerful. Working alongside Sera, her job is to preserve the happiness and joy of human souls ascending to Heaven. Emily also has great sympathy for human souls and sees them all as equal, as does Charlie, as she is disgusted and horrified upon learning of The Extermination. She is also shown to become deeply involved in the things she believes in, such as when she promises Charlie that she will find a way to help her. As shown in "Welcome to Heaven" and "The Show Must Go On", Emily believes in Charlie's dream of rehabilitating sinners and allowing them to enter Heaven, and was delighted to see Sir Pentious ascend to Heaven, proving that In fact it was possible for a sinful demon to be redeemed.

Humanoid Shape In her humanoid form, Emily takes on the appearance of a slim young woman with silver skin and mid-thigh length hair with bangs styled in a somewhat messy manner, colored in a periwinkle gradient. Her eyes have light blue sclera, darker-colored pupils outlined in white, and dark purple eyelashes, while her three freckles are white and located on each of her cheeks and her nose. She also has six white feather wings on her back and a light blue halo decorated with small tiara-like spikes that float above her head. Emily wears princess-inspired clothing consisting of a light periwinkle colored dress, with a darker colored stripe around the ruffled high neck, embellishments and darker colored details on the short puffed light blue sleeves, a pattern Darker blue star pattern on the chest and darker blue triangular patterns on the hem with small diamond shaped between the mounds. Additionally, she complements with a light blue sash around her waist. She also wears a pair of pale periwinkle fingerless opera gloves that cover most of her arms, which appear to be tight-fitting and act as long sleeves for her dress. As footwear, she wore blue ballerina shoes.

Angelic Form In his angelic form, his head is a white oval with three eyes (a third eye with the same blue iris and a black pupil on his forehead), no hair, no nose, and blue lips. It has six white feather wings behind its head instead of on its back, and the halo has a white eyeball and a black pupil instead of spikes. Her white dress has a few key differences, the most notable being the large blue eye with long eyelashes in the center of her chest that replaces the star. Its puffed sleeves are white, while the hem is adorned with larger periwinkle diamonds on the dark blue pattern (both patterns also resemble eyes), and longer navy blue diamonds with white outlines inside, all marked with a single white line in the middle. She also has a white feather neckline and a petticoat.
