After witnessing the defeat of the Ikki Union leader, Ransei Shiba, at the hands of Kenichiro, he rushes to attack him with a flying kick. Interested in fighting again, he attempts to provoke Kenichiro, but Kenichiro turns his back on him and walks away, leaving Marito confused.

The current members of Ikki Union beg Marito to become their gang leader, but he is still not interested despite hearing how he could fight Kenichiro again if he became their leader. Outa claims to be the new leader of the Ikki Union and challenges Kenichiro to a fight. However, he is vastly outmatched and knocked to the ground. Marito runs up to Outa and scolds him for trying to anger Kenichiro into fighting him, but he charges into battle anyway. The two continue to fight, but there is no clear winner.
