The Air Assault

High winds whip around you from the rotor wash of the chinook as the rest of your squad dismounts the helicopter. Everyone pulls security until the last man is off and the helicopter lifts off the ground, along with its sister ship. Together the chinooks take off, leaving you and your squad in the lush valley in Afghanistan.
Your Mission: Search and clear the valley of insurgents. Your entire Platoon is in the valley.
Your squad leader stands up. Alright, lets go!

Simulates a mission in Afghanistan for Coalition forces to Search and Clear a lush valley, its towns known to be sympathetic to insurgents.

Some residence of the town may be hostile towrds the Coalition forces.
Possibke hostilities include Suicide Bombers, Shooting AK47s and RPGs from the windows of buildings. Dropping grenades drom a second story window onto Coalition forces as they walk by a building.

Insurgents don't care if the towns people get hurt, so long as they injure or kill soldiers in the Coalition Forces.

Insurgents may use mortars from the mountians overlookong the valley.

Coalition forces must Search and Clear one town at a time, as they are 5 miles apart.

There are 300 civilians in each town.

Insurgent Quick Reaction Forces may rush to the towns in pickup trucks with heavy machine guns mounted on roll bars.
