Regulus decided to dress up as a vampire for Halloween which he was forced to go to and found himself in a crowded Muggle nightclub where he had convinced her to join him. Despite not being a big fan of Halloween, Regulus was obliged to dress up for the occasion. The nightclub was festively decorated with a Halloween theme, and Regulus couldn't help but be a little amused by the various costumes worn by the people around him.
